Level-up your social media with Facebook Feeds

Pattr customers can now manage all of their Facebook and Messenger interactions through one intelligent dashboard.
Open up a whole new Facebook experience
We’re always looking for ways to make social media a better place for brands and users alike.
So, we’ve launched Facebook Feeds which means you can now instantly receive all Facebook comments, mentions and reactions in one dashboard. Not only that, but you can take actions such as replying publicly or privately, as well as deleting, blocking and hiding comments.
We’ve launched this at a time when brands have Conversation Health at front of mind, and when communities and community managers need more support. Facebook Feeds will help organisations manage all conversations on one platform, and allow for further streamlining workflow automations with Pattr.
In turn, it will be easier to establish meaningful connections with the members of your community who love your brand, and keep track of all the interactions you have on such a pivotal platform. Think personally thanking someone for a nice comment they left, or sending a private reply to a superfan with a special offer, in one easy-to-use place.

A big thumbs up for functionality
Facebook Feeds allows brands to define their own rules for a fully functional experience.
Say you decide that you don’t want posts about gambling appearing on your timeline. Soon you will be able to use Pattr’s Facebook Feeds Conversation Health to set rules so that any user who posts about gambling will then immediately be muted for 2 weeks. If they do that again, you can mute them for 4 weeks, and a third strike means that they get blocked.
Our system allows for full transparency, so that you’re not automatically cutting out well intentioned users. If they post something that runs against your rules, you can reply to tell them their post is not adhering to your policies.
Other conversation actions include hiding or deleting posts, as well as a function to reply privately to someone over Messenger so that you can continue the conversation there.
The Team Inbox dashboard will then give you an overview of these comment states, including default, hidden, and removed, and also let you support nested comments.
It also gives the option to set up features such as only allowing an agent to reply to a comment from a user, display edited comments, and show reactions from the user who initiated a comment or conversation.
This means business
While other products on the market offer content management solutions, Pattr’s Facebook Feeds is unique, tailoring Conversational AI to a broad range of needs, such as Conversation Health and Superfans.
In everyday use, Facebook Feeds means easier management of conversations and engagements with customers and fans, as well as powerful automations and workflows across more channels.
You can now rest assured that if someone comments on your post published months ago, Pattr will notice it and surface this for your team if action should be taken.
It also offers valuable insights and analytics on Facebook Feed events that will help organisations make more impactful decisions.
Facebook Feeds is the go-to solution for brands and organisations who rely on the platform to communicate with customers and fans, and want to help support their teams with superior automation.
