Take our collaboration with harm prevention charity R U OK? We’ve been working with them for three years now, helping drive awareness to R U OK? Day with conversational ad experiences on social media. This helped move engagement well beyond simple likes, clicks and shares, delivering significant ROI on the organisation’s ad spend. With our interactive campaigns, R U OK? has been consistently far better equipped to deliver its essential message.
Or our work with the Butterfly Foundation, which offers support to Australians with eating disorders and body image issues. Young people are often more comfortable communicating through text than voice, and our Conversational Bots were the perfect solution to educate and provide information in a safe setting.
We partnered with psychologists and researchers at Monash University and Swinburne University to ensure that our chatbot, KIT, was providing up-to-date information in line with the latest research and guidelines.
